Steps
Prime the lid or use a little concealer, blend a light shade over the lid.
Add a darker shade in the outer corner, blend in small circles.
Draw a thin liner close to the lashes, small wing optional. Do not line the inner rim if eyes water.
Curl lashes, apply mascara, remove everything before sleep.
